Rosenberg Martin Greenberg LLP Welcomes Three New Attorneys and Director of Marketing

Baltimore, MD – Rosenberg Martin Greenberg LLP is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Marlon D. Amprey, Alexander J. Greenspan and Christopher E. Rizakos, and Director of Marketing, Molly Harvey.

Marlon joined RMG as an associate in October 2022 in the Real Estate and Business Planning & Transactions practice groups. His real estate practice focuses on land use and zoning, representing developers as well as commercial and industrial property owners. In his business practice, Marlon advises businesses and nonprofits on issues at every stage, from formation to development and growth to sale. Marlon is also a member of Maryland’s House of Delegates, serving the 40th District. His deep connection to the region and his constituents uniquely positions him to serve the needs of his clients.
RMG welcomed Alex as an associate in our Creditors’ Rights and Litigation practice groups. Alex represents individuals, privately held companies, and public corporations in all aspects of civil litigation. In his creditors’ rights practice, he represents secured and unsecured lenders, landlords, and trade creditors in loan restructures, bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosures, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Alex was a law clerk and legal intern in Anne Arundel County.
Chris is an associate in our Business Planning & Transactions, Real Estate, and Commercial Lending groups. Chris focuses his practice on complex corporate and commercial real estate transactions and advises clients through various deal structures, including mergers, acquisitions, developments, leasing, and financing. In Chris’ previous roles, he was a plaintiff’s attorney and judicial clerk and intern in the Baltimore County Circuit Court. He is also a Certified Mediator under Maryland Rule 17-106.
Molly Harvey, Director of Marketing
Molly joined Rosenberg Martin Greenberg as Director of Marketing in October 2022. In her role, Molly will oversee marketing, communications, public relations, and business development. Prior to joining the firm, Molly was on the marketing and business development teams at two other Baltimore-based firms. She is heavily involved in the Legal Marketing Association and will serve as Chair of the Baltimore Local Steering Committee in 2023.
