About Molly

As Director of Marketing, Molly is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and business development plans for the firm and its attorneys.  In addition, she directs and coordinates marketing efforts, including building brand awareness and increasing market share.

Prior to joining the firm, Molly was a member of the marketing and business development teams at two prominent Baltimore-based firms. She was also a realtor and marketing manager for a real estate team.

Molly is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and the 2023 Chair of the Baltimore Local Steering Committee. Her previous roles in LMA have included Communications Chair and Programing Chair.

Molly graduated from University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelor's in Communications.
