- Vice-Chair Steven Levin is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve, where he served as a military judge on the Army Court of Criminal Appeals.
- Vice-Chair Charles Curlett is a past Chair of the Criminal Law Section of the Federal Bar Association and a past President of the Maryland Chapter.
