Marlon Amprey is an associate in Rosenberg Martin Greenberg's Real Estate department with a focus on land use and zoning.

At his prior firms, Marlon provided general corporate legal advice to individuals, small to mid-size businesses, and large corporations. Marlon’s corporate work includes advising companies and business owners in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, leases, employment matters, and joint ventures.

In addition to Marlon's legal career, he is a Delegate to the 40th District in Maryland's House of Delegates. Marlon is a former educator and third-generation resident of the current 40th District. Marlon has a deep commitment to Baltimore and has been working towards leveraging his corporate and non-profit experience to improve the communities his family has called home for more than 70 years.

Marlon serves on the Board of Directors for two nonprofits - Boys and Girls Club of Metropolitan Baltimore and Code in the Schools.
