CURRENT OPENINGS

REAL ESTATE PARTNER OR SENIOR ASSOCIATE

RMG is seeking a partner or senior associate-level attorney with experience working independently on sophisticated real estate transactional matters. Portable business or ongoing relationships with real estate clients is preferable, but not required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the entire process of real estate development and finance, from structuring transactions to reviewing, drafting, and negotiating entity formation documents, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, commercial leases, and financing documents. The candidate has demonstrated an ability to work on multiple matters and evidence a strong attention to detail, with excellent drafting and organizational skills. Finally, the candidate must have the ability to negotiate effectively and forcefully for our clients, while also being congenial with opposing counsel, colleagues and clients.

LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

RMG is accepting applications for a Litigation Associate with 2 - 4 years’ experience to handle business/real estate litigation and creditors’ rights matters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience appearing in court, independently handling small to midsize matters, balancing a busy caseload, strong attention to detail, and excellent legal writing and organizational skills.

LAND USE/ZONING – REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL

Rosenberg Martin Greenberg has an immediate need for a full-time paralegal (35-hour work week) with land use/zoning and real estate experience.

Land Use/Zoning work will include researching zoning records and due diligence, completing liquor license applications and renewals, filing lobbyist registrations and annual activity reports, coordinating signposting and newspaper advertisements for hearings, preparing for and attending hearings, and making regular trips to various government agencies, including the Liquor Board and Zoning Office, to file licenses and permits and to pull zoning records.

Real Estate work will include filing UCCs, drafting corporate formation documents, recording documents with land records office and SDAT, title and survey work, editing closing documents, preparing closing binders, and other corporate/transactional support as needed.

We are looking for a bright, energetic team player who also has the ability to work independently on multiple projects.  The ideal candidate will be an organized, quick learner with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
