Rosenberg Martin Greenberg Welcomes Four New Attorneys

Rosenberg Martin Greenberg is pleased to announce the addition of  Bryan K. Saxton, Brooke A. HutchinsDrew E. Tildon, and Thérian (Jung Yong) Lee.

Barry Greenberg, RMG’s Managing Partner and head of the Firm’s real estate practice group, said: “Our new attorneys add additional depth to multiple practice groups within the firm and are eager to work with our clients to provide the effective and efficient legal services for which RMG is well known. We are thrilled to add Bryan, Brooke, Drew, and Thérian to the RMG team.”

Bryan K. Saxton
Bryan Saxton joins RMG as a partner in the firm’s real estate and business transactions departments. Bryan’s practice primarily involves commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, as well as retail, office and industrial leasing. Bryan has experience representing clients ranging from large international organizations to real estate investment trusts to small businesses and individuals in real estate and other business and transactional matters.

Brooke A. Hutchins
Brooke Hutchins joined RMG as an associate in the litigation and land use practice groups.  In addition to representing clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, her practice also involves advising clients in land use and zoning matters.  Brooke’s recent experience as a judicial law clerk in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas provides her with unique professional insight in tort law, civil and criminal procedure, tax code compliancy, property tax assessments, contract and property disputes, ejectments, and discovery.  In addition, she is personally invested in the success of BIPOC students in independent schools, having co-founded the Inter-Ac and Independent School Black Alumni Association, which acts as an accountability partner for independent schools in Pennsylvania and beyond.

Drew E. Tildon
After sitting for the Maryland Bar exam, Drew E. Tildon is now an associate in RMG’s land use and real estate departments. In her practice, Drew represents developers and commercial and industrial property owners in matters relating to the varying aspects of land use and zoning. She advises clients on all elements of the entitlement and permitting processes, including use restrictions, off-street parking requirements, stormwater management, historic preservation, traffic mitigation, green building requirements, inclusionary housing obligations, and liquor licensing matters, among others. Drew previously worked as a law clerk in the RMG land use and zoning practice group for two years. Admission pending for Maryland Bar.

Thérian (Jung Yong) Lee
Thérian Lee recently joined the firm as an associate and works in the criminal defense and investigations group.  RMG’s criminal defense and investigations group defends clients accused of wrongdoing by various governmental authorities and ensures the firm’s clients’ rights are protected and their goals achieved.  Thérian also has experience in assisting clients in various immigration and family law matters using his multi-lingual capabilities, including assisting a French client in filing for citizenship in the United States and representing a Korean client in filing for legal permanent residency under the Violence Against Women’s Act. Admission pending for Maryland Bar.
