Rosenberg Martin Greenberg Renews Commitment to Baltimore City

Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP, (RMG) a full-service business law firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland announced today that it has signed a lease renewal for its offices at 25 South Charles Street.  The building is owned by Grander Capital Partners, along with its capital partner – Boston Andes Capital, which acquired 25 South Charles Street in 2017. Since then, GCP has updated the exterior, enhanced the main lobby and elevators and added a fitness center, conference center, and covered bike storage.

RMG has been a tenant in 25 S. Charles since the firm’s inception thirty-two years ago.

“Our roots are planted here, which is why we’re thrilled to renew our commitment to 25 South Charles and Baltimore City,” said Barry Greenberg, Managing Partner at Rosenberg Martin Greenberg.
