Six Rosenberg Martin Greenberg Partners Ranked by Chambers USA in 2018

Chambers USA is an authoritative reference to the reputations and qualifications of leading business lawyers throughout the USA.

 Chambers states the following in its Maryland rankings:

Benjamin Rosenberg is the firm’s founder and chair, recognized as a “leading light” in the world of Maryland litigation and noted as one of the “go-to people in town” for a variety of litigation matters. His areas of focus include appellate and business litigation and he also acts in mediations.

 Managing partner and practice head Barry Greenberg acts for an array of interested parties in real estate transactions, including builders, developers and lenders. He acts on deals from conception to completion and routinely handles financing, contract negotiations, construction and leasing matters. Sources certify that he is “an excellent, competent and efficient real estate lawyer who represents his clients diligently.”

Gerard Martin is lauded for his deep experience in commercial litigation, which complements a strong white-collar criminal practice. Sources describe him as “an effective advocate for his clients,” adding: “He has great judgment and is at the top of the pack.”

Gerard Gaeng has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation, including class actions and real estate disputes. Sources interviewed point to Gaeng as “results-driven and pragmatic,” noting: “A client represented by him would get good value for their dollar.”
