RMG Proud to Announce New Position for Douglas Furlong

Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP is proud to announce that Douglas Furlong has taken the position of Chief Executive Officer of Tissue Banks International (TBI), effective December 14, 2015. Although Doug will remain Of Counsel to Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, his main focus will be his responsibilities with TBI.

Doug has been a civil litigator for more than twenty-eight years, representing both businesses and individuals in a variety of matters, while also providing general business advice and counsel to his clients.

Doug also acts as a mediator at the request of the Courts and fellow attorneys, with an emphasis on complex, multi-party disputes. Doug has successfully mediated hundreds of cases, including business and technology disputes, medical malpractice and other forms of professional malpractice, serious personal injury, and estate and probate actions.

Doug has been a frequent lecturer on effective mediation techniques and practices. He has taught the Maryland State Bar Association’s Professionalism Course, sits on the Peer Review Committee for the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America, Top 100 Attorneys in Maryland, Maryland Super Lawyers, ALM Washington D.C. & Baltimore’s Top Rated Lawyers, and is Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review AV Rated.
