Jennifer M. Litwak - Associate
Jennifer M. Litwak joined Rosenberg Martin Greenberg as an associate in the firm’s Business Planning and Transactions department in January 2019. Her practice includes advising clients on general corporate and business law matters, employment matters, commercial and government contracts, technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, entity formation, and corporate governance. She most recently served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at a large, public government contractor providing national security solutions. As Associate General Counsel, Jenn served as the deputy general counsel and represented the company on matters related to corporate governance, employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, commercial and government contracts, and board and leadership team advising. Prior to such role, Jenn briefly practiced general litigation and criminal defense, and began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Monmouth County, New Jersey (Retired).
In addition to her law practice, Jenn serves on the Board of Directors of Maryland Therapeutic Riding, Inc. and as Chair of the Military Program Committee of the Board of Maryland Therapeutic Riding, Inc. Jenn also serves as a volunteer for Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service.
