SUPPORT STAFF - CURRENT POSITIONS

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

 We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated team player with previous experience in law firm administration, a strong HR background and excellent communication and organizational skills, who is personally compatible with a congenial group of attorneys and staff. The Office Administrator is responsible for managing most aspects of firm operations, including include human resources (recruiting, on-boarding, training and managing all firm staff, overseeing firm benefits, and handling all staff-related personnel matters), policy development/administration, facilities management, event planning, project management and vendor relations for our dynamic, expanding regional law firm. The Office Administrator participates in all management meetings and is responsible for overseeing the firm's financial, marketing, and information technology functions, as well as maintaining the firm's business insurances and the day-to-day administration of the 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans.
