Susan Roberto-Saidi joined the firm in September 2006. Her practice focuses on all aspects of business planning and counseling, with an emphasis on intellectual property and tax matters. She represents clients in connection with general business planning, tax planning, acquisitions and mergers, licensing, trademark registrations, and other tax and IP matters.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Roberto-Saidi earned Master of Law degrees in Intellectual Property and Tax. Prior to joining the firm she was an associate with Tydings & Rosenberg, LLP.
Ms. Roberto-Saidi is admitted to practice in the State of Washington and the State of Maryland.
