Shari b. Domow Bacsardi
Associate
Shari Beth Domow Bacsardi joined the firm in May, 2011. She represents entrepreneurs, emerging growth and mid-market businesses, and government contractors in connection with corporate transactions, including financial and commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Bacsardi also provides outside general corporate counsel representation to companies in a variety of industries, including business planning and advisory services, and employment, general corporate and commercial contract negotiation matters.
During law school Ms. Bacsardi was a Senior Line Editor of Georgetown University's Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. Prior to joining RMG, Ms. Bacsardi practiced finance and lending law and corporate law in New York at DLA Piper, Schulte Roth & Zabel and Lowenstein Sandler, and corporate law in Baltimore at Sullivan Cove.
