Jessica Marine
Associate
Jessica Marine joined RMG’s tax department as an associate in 2009, having previously worked for the firm while pursuing her LL.M. in Taxation. Ms. Marine’s practice involves representation of individuals and entities during all stages of federal and state tax controversies and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Marine served as Attorney-Advisor to the Honorable David Gustafson of the United States Tax Court.
Ms. Marine received her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Tax Court. Ms. Marine is a native of the Eastern Shore and currently resides in Caroline County with her family.
