Harris W. Eisenstein
Associate
Harris W. Eisenstein joined RMG’s litigation department in August 2011, having previously worked for the firm while pursuing his law degree. His practice includes a wide range of civil matters in both state and federal court, with an emphasis on commercial litigation as well as bankruptcy and creditors’ rights litigation. Prior to returning to RMG, Mr. Eisenstein was a Regulatory Counsel at the United States Food & Drug Administration’s Center for Tobacco Products.
Mr. Eisenstein earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Intellectual Property Law Journal and participated on the National Telecommunications Moot Court Team. Mr. Eisenstein is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland.
