Gabrielle D. Shirley joined the firm in June 2010. Her practice focuses primarily on business and finance transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, general business planning, private placements, and licensing. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Shirley represented institutional investors in connection with investments in various private investment funds and acted as advisor to one of the world's leading global financial services firms. Ms. Shirley earned her J.D., with honor, from the University of Maryland School of Law where she was President of Moot Court, Articles Editor of the Journal of Healthcare Law & Policy, and awarded the Order of Barristers Award for appellate advocacy and the William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional achievement and service. Ms. Shirley is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and the State of New York.
