Giovanni Alberotanza
Associate
Giovanni Alberotanza joined the firm's tax department in 2010, having previously worked for the firm while pursuing his LL.M. in Taxation. Mr. Alberotanza focuses his practice on representation of individuals and businesses throughout all stages of federal and state tax controversies. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law where he served on the editorial board of the University of Baltimore Law Review, the National Civil Rights Moot Court Team, and as a Litigation Fellow with the Snyder Center for Litigation Skills.
Mr. Alberotanza earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center where he served as a Case Note Mentor for the Tax Lawyer, a nationally recognized legal journal published by the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland.
