Caroline l. hecker

Associate

Caroline L. Hecker joined the firm’s land use and real estate section in August 2007.  Her practice involves all aspects of land use and zoning matters, primarily in Baltimore City.  After graduating from law school, Ms. Hecker served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Michel Pierson on the Baltimore City Circuit Court.  Prior to joining RMG, Ms. Hecker was an associate at Schaller & Gorski, LLP in Annapolis.  Ms. Hecker is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland.
