Brian Cyr

PARTNER

Brian Cyr represents companies in a variety of business and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, commercial arrangements, technology-related transactions and intellectual property acquisition, development and licensing.  In addition to transaction-based representation, Brian provides outside general corporate counsel representation to companies in a variety of industries.  Prior to joining RMG, Brian practiced with a large international law firm.
