Brian Cyr
PARTNER
Brian Cyr represents companies in a variety of business and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, technology-related transactions and intellectual property acquisition, development and licensing. He also has experience with government contract and data privacy matters.
Prior to joining RMG in June 2008, Mr. Cyr was in private practice at the law firm of DLA Piper. Mr. Cyr also spent several years as the general counsel and vice president for legal and business affairs of a rapidly growing technology company where he oversaw all aspects of the company’s legal matters, as well as the legal and human resources departments.
In addition to transaction-based representation, leveraging his time in private practice and in-house, Mr. Cyr provides outside general corporate counsel representation to companies, including those in the information technology, education and life sciences industries.
