Patrick M. Martyn joined the Firm in February, 2006 from Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, P.A. His practice focuses on all aspects of real estate with an emphasis on real estate development and finance. He represents builders, developers and lenders in connection with acquisition, development and finance transactions involving residential subdivisions, commercial properties and retail shopping centers. He also counsels residential builders in connection with various outsale and consumer issues including contract documentation and disclosure and custom homebuilding issues. Mr. Martyn also provides counsel with respect to title examination and title insurance issues. Mr. Martyn is a summa cum laude graduate of Loyola College of Baltimore(1983) and an honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law (1986).
