Leslie S. Ries is a transactional attorney with experience in all aspects of real estate, including sales, financing, work-outs, and business and financial transactions. She was a partner in the Real Estate Department of Frank, Bernstein, Conaway & Goldman and joined RMG as a partner in 1991. In 1993 she formed Leslie S. Ries, P.C., which became a partner in RMG and is certified as a women-owned enterprise by the City of Baltimore. A frequent teacher and lecturer on issues related to real estate transactions, Ms. Ries is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland School of Law. Ms. Ries is active with some of the area’s leading non-profit organizations, including the national advisory board of the Shriver Center at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She was a co-founder of the Lawyers’ Campaign Against Hunger to benefit the Maryland Food Committee and Second Helping, a program that redistributes surplus food from restaurants and hotels to area emergency shelters. Ms. Ries is a graduate of Hampshire College and the University of Maryland School of Law.
