Kevin J. Pascale is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, with particular emphasis on construction law, arbitration, products liability, commercial lease disputes, commercial broker’s commission claims, title insurance coverage, and liability insurance coverage. Mr. Pascale has substantial trial experience relating to construction defect claims, mechanic’s liens, partnership disputes, and commercial landlord/tenant disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pascale served as an associate in the Litigation Department at Miles & Stockbridge. Mr. Pascale is a graduate of George Mason University (B.A., 1986) and University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., with honors, 1992) where he was a member and Articles Editor of the Maryland Law Review.
