Mr. Crossan joined RMG’s litigation department in September of 2004. His practice encompasses a wide range of civil litigation areas including personal injury, products liability, construction defects, real estate, contract disputes, premises liability and intentional and non-intentional torts. Mr. Crossan is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. He represents clients in Maryland’s Circuit and District Courts, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Crossan is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park (B.A. 1992) and the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D. 1997). During law school Mr. Crossan interned as a mediator at the Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and as a judicial intern at the Circuit Court for Howard County, Maryland. Prior to joining RMG, Mr. Crossan was a civil litigator with Ferguson, Schetelich & Ballew, P.A., in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Crossan is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Baltimore County Bar Association, Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc., and the Defense Research Institute.
