David M. Wyand joined the firm’s litigation department in September 2003. His practice entails all aspects of civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wyand served as an associate with Brocato, Price & Bushel, P.A., and as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Robert C. Murphy, Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Mr. Wyand is a graduate of the Cedarville College (B.A., 1991) and a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., 1994), Order of the Coif, where he was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Maryland Law Review. He is a member of the bars of the State of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
