Dawn M.B. Resh joined the firm in 2007. Her practice focuses on a broad range of complex litigation matters. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ms. Resh served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan M. Wilner, Maryland Court of Appeals. Before entering law school, she spent twelve years as a consultant with companies such as Deloitte Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she specialized in corporate strategy and development for private and public corporations across multiple industries. In that capacity, Ms. Resh worked with top management of national and international companies providing advice on corporate strategy and restructuring, merger integration, financial cost management, bankruptcy matters, supply chain management, and technological solutions. Ms. Resh is a 2005 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was a Litigation Fellow. She earned a bachelor’s degree (in 1992) and an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems and Decision Science (in 1997) from Loyola College in Maryland. Ms. Resh is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Bar association memberships include the Maryland State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the bar associations of Baltimore City and County. She is the current Chair of the Federal Bar Association, Younger Lawyers Division.
